Agreement
By accessing or using Eneolinks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, seekers, posters, and administrators.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
User roles
Users may browse as seekers or upgrade to poster accounts to list properties. Poster accounts require valid contact details. Administrative access is granted only by Eneolinks for moderation and platform operations.
Listings
Listings must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the property marketplace. You may not post misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate content. We may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or harm other users.
Review and verification
Properties submitted by posters are reviewed before publication. Eneolinks may mark approved properties as verified after additional checks. Verification indicates manual review, not a guarantee of legal title or condition.
Listing visibility
Eligible posters may receive trial visibility periods for listings according to platform rules. After trials or when rules require payment, listing visibility and promotion require a valid redemption code or other payment method we support. Expired or withdrawn listings follow the rules shown in the product.
Payments
Certain services, such as extended visibility or promoted placement, may require payment. Cash payments are accepted at authorized partner locations; upon payment you receive a redemption code to use on the platform. Codes are single-use and subject to expiry. Eneolinks does not process card payments for these cash-based services at this time.
Acceptable use
You may not post misleading offers, harass other users, scrape the platform without permission, attempt to disrupt the service, infringe intellectual property rights, or use Eneolinks for unlawful activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting listings and images, you grant Eneolinks a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts, reject listings, or block users who violate these terms or pose a risk to the community. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Platform disclaimer
Eneolinks is a platform connecting seekers and posters. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of properties, or the conduct of users. You interact with other users at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eneolinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Eneolinks in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the DRC, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
