We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, profile image via our authentication provider), phone and WhatsApp details when you become a poster, and content you submit for property listings (descriptions, location, images, and pricing). We also collect technical data needed to operate the service, such as device and usage information.

We use your information to authenticate you, display and moderate listings, connect seekers with posters, process support requests, enforce our terms, and improve the platform. Listing visibility, promotion, and account roles are managed according to our published rules.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers that help us run Eneolinks, including Clerk (authentication), Cloudinary (image hosting), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Redis (background jobs). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Contact details on listings
When you list a property and it is approved, signed-in seekers may view your phone number and WhatsApp details to contact you about that listing. By publishing a listing, you consent to this contact sharing for that purpose.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions, security, and language preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Data retention
We retain account and listing data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. When you delete your account through our authentication provider, we process deletion requests and remove or anonymize associated data in line with our retention practices.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data where applicable. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need.
Payments and redemption codes
Paid listing visibility and promotion may be purchased through cash payment at authorized partner locations. We issue redemption codes to activate those services. We do not store card or bank payment details on Eneolinks for these cash-based transactions.
Security
We apply access controls, secure authentication, and monitoring to protect accounts and listing data. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong password, protect your account credentials, and report suspicious activity promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of Eneolinks after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
